Driver Swore At Me

Update from my previous comment where there was zero consequences for the courier that told me to F** off because I asked him to bring the parcel to the door instead of dumping it in the garden. DPD responded to my comment in order to appear as if they were concerned about their customers … and surprise surprise never followed up. The courier still delivers to me despite my complaint and is as cocky as ever. Disgusting company and have zero regard for their customers welfare as I am a female on the ground floor feeling intimated by your member of staff and you have take no action against him.
