Bought 2 pairs on the «ANY 2 for £130» deal. Both came in the wrong sizes! Sent them back and a week later bought another 2 pairs on the same «ANY 2 for £130» deal assuming they did not have the right sizes in the styles I ordered previously. To my surprise, they did and sent them to me too. So, ended up with 4 pairs to choose from, kept «ANY 2» and returned «ANY 2». Waited over 3 weeks for a refund - nudge, nudge - only to find that I was charged the full price for the «ANY 2» I kept! Because coming from two separate orders, never mind by the same customer, they were no longer «ANY 2», but these and only these two. Silly me, I should have guessed that one and one separated by a week does not equal two!

Thank you for the review, if I may, I would like to further clarify the point you have raised.
When an item is purchased part of the offer so the two for £130 in this case, the offer is only valid if you keep both pairs as per the Terms and Conditions on the website.
As you returned one pair; the discount is no longer eligible as the offer only applies if both items from the deal are kept. We also cannot apply the deal to seperate orders, the offer is only applicable to the same order.
We have explained this to you in our direct correspondence but apologies for any inconvenience caused.
