Devola 1.2KW Indoor and Outdoor Wi-Fi Radiant Heater

There were a few hick-ups with the purchase. Firstly, the tracking number was given to me but not the courier's name. Then the package was being sorted at the courier's depot for over a week and never found. I got a replacement in the end, but not before protracted correspondence with the courier and supplier. Then the heater arrived without the necessary installation instructions. More correspondence. The heater is not officially rated, and I am yet to find out how energy efficient it is. On the warm side, it has improved the climate in my office. So far so good. Shame about the dangling black cable. Although the customer service was quick, helpful and nice.
