Delivery was on time. Medication although only started is doing what I'd hoped. I take the tablet and it stops me eating badly. No adverse side effects as yet.

I made a request outside the norm. Staff sorted what I needed getting back to me and leaving me content with my decision.

Loved my jeans when I first put them on but I wore them for the day and they became so big I cannot wear them again. Total waste of money on what I thought was a treat./ The reply from LTS to this was ah well, you are disappointed but these things happen. No offer of refund or exchange.

I was sent an email stating due to new covid restrictions easyjet would kindly allow me to change my flights free of charge just pay the difference between the costs of the new flights and original ones. I got no help from the man on the phone. He happily told me no problem that will be £1100 please. I asked for help to find better flights he said to go look myself. I did and all flights are so elevated that i dont know what to do. Yet jet 2 are offering same dates for £366. They are to put it bluntly ripping the ass out of it. Back to ryanair for me. Looks like ive lost my holiday and all money spent.

Cant go to Lanzarote now due to quaranteen restrictions because im a nurse. love holidays told me to change flights myself even though they booked them as part of a package. Cant get flights sorted and cant get contact with love holidays not even a bot. Keeps directing me back to manage my booking and i cant access anything. I cant even ask if i can buy new flights with jet 2. Im going to lose every penny paid and it has not been easy earned this year. Will never book with online agency again. Better to have full control yourself.

All booked and paid a package holiday due to go 1st dec. Quarantine is lifted and now my flights are cancelled. I cannot get any help to sort this. Room is booked i checked no flights for that date and i cant change the dates for the flights as then ive no room to go to. Should be easy sorted but no help forthcoming. Be careful.
