Cant go to Lanzarote now due to quaranteen restrictions because im a nurse. love holidays told me to change flights myself even though they booked them as part of a package. Cant get flights sorted and cant get contact with love holidays not even a bot. Keeps directing me back to manage my booking and i cant access anything. I cant even ask if i can buy new flights with jet 2. Im going to lose every penny paid and it has not been easy earned this year. Will never book with online agency again. Better to have full control yourself.
