So far our experience has been very positive. Charlotte has been great at keeping us in the loop re developments and has been really helpful so far. We met the site manager after chosing our plot and he was really informative and kept things as simple as possible. There has been no hard sell at all just honest and easy to understand procedures. Can't wait to see the finished showhome and can't wait to move into our new home.

Terrible customer service. I tried to redeem their free chocs offer with a delivery and it would mot work. Neither did their chat function which they kept sending me to. If they advertise an offer it should be available. Will not use this supplier again

They promised delivery could see on app they were 2 drop offs before ours. Front door ajar stood at window waiting.. nothing! Only to get a notification that they had attempted delivery but no one was in. Total fabrication. This was a much needed internet hub meaning wasted day off work and unable to work from home. Yodel are a joke.

Flowers looked battered and although told they would arrive in bud looked nothing like the photo . I paid for upgraded bouquet and number of blooms looked paltry..v disappointed

The furniture is top quality really pleased with it
. However I had issues with delivery ie not being given the amount of notice for delivery I had been told I would. Also a delivery at 6:57 am is in my opinion way too early. Also delivery men leaving muddy footprints on pale carpet not good..why on earth do they not carry shoe protectors in their pockets I do not know..they are so cheap and made of fine film so take up no room at all.
Also removing the travelling bar from the desk had 10 screws in both at back and under the furnture and took someone who is both strong and ambidextrous an hour almost to get them out!
