Excellent service.
Good, friendly and efficient staff at the pick up desk. Pick up was quick with minimum fuss - and debit cards accepted.
Car was ready and very clean and previous damages were marked clearly.
Deposit monies were released quickly.

Good response to my call to renew my…
Good response to my call to renew my insurance policy that I had let lapse. Unfortunately I had to start from the beginning and go thru all the legal stuff - very tedious - but it isn’t them that make the rules and the advisor was patient and helpful.

Seeming good product but I hate to be given a helpline number that when I call it says ‘ too busy can’t take your call’ and then hangs up! Totally unacceptable! I was at the point of choosing a different provider.
It’s unbelievable that you then send an email saying you value customers!

Product and admin perfect but after test and telephone help variable. It took my about 90 min to submit photo even with telephone help.
Whoever is given help/advice has to be able to communicate effectively!

Efficient and feel good factor
Easy to renew and was left with a positive feeling as discounts were applied reducing the final cost - unlike an airport parking site that added on a booking fee right at the end of the process.
