Our experience at dfs at forbury retail park was brilliant. All staff were very friendly and said if we had any questions to just ask. We were able to look at our leisure till we had decided on a suite. Our staff member Jonathon was friendly and talked us through all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the suite, and did not put us under any pressure to buy. He made sure we were happy before we finally bought the suite. I would recommend this shop to look and buy with no pressure. Thank you to everyone at the shop.

My concern is the times you give, then you text their is a problem so it’s booked for the next day, then you turn up that day. My parcel is being left at the front of the property when I stated the safe place is at the back.
