⚠️ Avoid - awful customer service

⚠️ Avoid this tumble dryer and the company behind it. Mine has been recalled three times. Each time I’m left waiting weeks for an engineer, unable to use it in the meantime.

What’s worse is the communication – or lack of it. They don’t tell you what’s wrong, they just send an email with an appointment date and no explanation. You have to call to find out, but the phone lines are impossible to get through to. If you try WhatsApp, they simply tell you to call, so you go round in circles.

They offered me a £45 “goodwill” payment, but even that requires calling them… and of course, nobody answers.

The whole experience has been stressful, time-wasting, and shows complete disregard for customers. If you’re thinking about buying from this brand, think twice.

Big decline over the last few years

Have been coming here for 10 years in all weathers.
Very disappointing experience yesterday. Temperature outside was approx 5 degrees.
Water play area was freezing. Asked in the water area to put the heating on and staff member advised no heating - which has not been the case in the past.
Small children playing in water in cold temperatures is surely a health and safety risk.

Ate lunch in the restaurant. It was freezing in there as well. Food was poor - one ham toastie was full of fatty inedible bits - and not good value for money. Drinks for children were cans but had to ask staff twice for a glass. Restaurants used to be amazing and it has declined a lot which is a shame.

Small cars by the golf used to be £1 for 2 or 3 goes around the track. Now £2 for one circuit of about 60 seconds.

Tree at centre used to blow out huge bubbles of foam. Now it’s a very poor effort.

Really disappointing considering the cost of the activities these days.

Due to its large area, Honeycomb Canyon is impossible to keep heated and we cannot heat the water, due to it coming fresh and direct from a bore hole. This is why we do recommend little ones are dressed to match the weather conditions outside, as these are often reflected inside Honeycomb Canyon.

We're sorry you were disappointed in our restaurant offering, our team would have been more than happy to get you a replacement meal on the day of your visit. However, we have passed your comments onto our Food Manager who is going to look into improving the quality and value of food and drink offerings at the restaurant to meet the standards we’ve previously set.

NEVER USE THEM

Not clear or explained anywhere during booking process that there’s a 48 hour delay. I booked at the same time as my sister and we selected seats together on the flight but then due to the 48 hour delay the flight seats could possibly be booked by someone else. This has the potential for families to be end up separated but also for higher costs for other seats.

In the Beach then took an incorrect payment by over £1000. They then emailed and texted me saying the payment hadn’t worked and so I tried to pay again. I was unable to pay again due to the first payment actually going through and there not being enough left on my credit card to pay again. Therefor, e, despite paying £1000 over the quoted price my holiday was not secured.

I could not find a number to call Tao has to use over an hour of work’s time the next day on the chat function. The agent was unable to help and I ended up cancelling the holiday booking.

This then cost me an additional £203 as I had to book it myself again.

Despite the cancellation and having had an email to confirm this I then had to use the chat function again as the refund hadn’t been processed after a week. I was then informed that they had to be prompted to release my refund and I had to log in myself and return the money to myself!

The agent I was speaking to then closed the chat down before conversation had finished which was extremely rude.

The refund was finally processed 8 days after the original booking and 7 days after the cancellation. I may also still be liable for credit card charges as well due to this payment and the delay in the refund.

I would NEVER use this company again.

Appalling price rises

Been with Sky for 6 years.

Last year they increased my monthly price by £9 and now 12 months later they want to increase again by another £14.50 per month. I am not getting any different products for this so this price rise is atrocious.

Contacted them to ask why new customers were being offered the same deal for £39 a month instead of £67.50 like me but they clearly don’t reward customer loyalty. They couldn’t give me a better deal on the phone and if you want to quit the package you also have to faff about sending them the Sky box back!

Asked if I could quit and then reopen a new account and was told that my address would be blacklisted!!!!

Disgraceful!!!

Waste of time

Bought a watch on 5th Jan. it has not arrived. They are claiming it is on the way but I highly doubt this. Have paid through PayPal so am hoping to get a full refund 🤞🏼 don’t waste your time using them.

Excellent

Excellent since switch over. No issues with switching from another supplier. Monthly meter readings are good too as the bills remain up to date, rather than needing to be adjusted every 6 months like with other suppliers. Reasonable prices too.
