Signal took over $2,000,000 in payments and left me with a $165,000 a year salary! One day I woke up without warning they flipped the switch and sold my business out from under me! Run away!

We purchased the Executive Bowfront U-Desk with Hutch - 72"W - Hudson Elm Laminate/Soft Black
The material was cheap and desk top was wavy and falling apart.
This is in no way an executive level desk, I have had better furniture from a department store!

Awful experience they won't cancel claimed I missed a payment 1.5 years ago! They've charged me cards $12,079.21 for cheap furniture! Their phone number is invalid! They sent me this but still continue to charge me! Took a reverse mca they deposited their money and then they not only took their payments but began taking $10,000's of additional money out of my account initiated by one of their loan brokers..
Then when I asked for a few days to make payments due to their representative withdrawing money from my account they went and filed a lawsuit! I finally got them paid off and according to my bookkeeper the effective interest rate was the equivalent of a check cashing loan! Luckily I canceled before I took around $50k instead of the full $680,000. I would have been paying them 100's of percent in interest!

Awful service, we’ve had this panel since May they said due to Covid we had to do a self install. I use to install hard wired systems. Once all of the sensors were in we began having issues with the Zwave devices. Sometimes they would respond I’d try and reinterview them, the panel would freeze up and have to be rebooted. Cameras wouldn’t pair up without having to reset the panel, the Zwave, deleting and reinstalling devices. They’ll work for sometime and then fail off issues I’ve never had with other systems! Their support team and alarm.com keep telling me to delete, rediscover reinstall! It’s a security system it should be reliable!!!

I live in Seattle and received an e-mail stating my SSD needed to be replaced as it is defective. Getting the replacement has been a nightmare! They can't do it in the store and instead it needs to go to the repair depot! They won't provide a loaner unit! I also have another issue I need fixed and they said it has to be two separate repairs! I have to send it in TWICE!
When I had a PC l would send me a swap out almost immediately! It's time to rethink the Apple nightmare! I experienced similar issues with my iPhone!
