I live in Seattle and received an e-mail stating my SSD needed to be replaced as it is defective. Getting the replacement has been a nightmare! They can't do it in the store and instead it needs to go to the repair depot! They won't provide a loaner unit! I also have another issue I need fixed and they said it has to be two separate repairs! I have to send it in TWICE!

When I had a PC l would send me a swap out almost immediately! It's time to rethink the Apple nightmare! I experienced similar issues with my iPhone!
