Bought a £9.50 bag from Carluccios. The girl said it had been ordered in. How is that saving waste food. The bag which was supposed to contain £29 worth of food which needed saving was 4 bottled drinks and a panettone.

I bought a cooker 7 months ago
I bought a cooker 7 months ago. It unfortunately developed a small fault in that the upper heat element stopped working. I rung igenix and provided them with my order number. Without quibble they arranged a collection of the faulty item and provided a brand new cooker by the next morning. They were polite knowledgeable and quick. In this day and age you cannot ask for more. Customer Services could not have been more helpful.
