I bought a cooker 7 months ago

I bought a cooker 7 months ago. It unfortunately developed a small fault in that the upper heat element stopped working. I rung igenix and provided them with my order number. Without quibble they arranged a collection of the faulty item and provided a brand new cooker by the next morning. They were polite knowledgeable and quick. In this day and age you cannot ask for more. Customer Services could not have been more helpful.
