I don't understand why retailers used this courier, none has been delivered with all my orders! As in none ! ZERO and no proof of delivery!
Is there any authority we can report this as this is just non-existent service !

Delivered my TEMU parcel to a wrong address.
Proof of delivery provided but it was not my place, it was my neighbor's but parcel was already missing as EVRI left the parcel in a unsafe place!
Complaints made to both TEMU and EVRI but ignored by both and refund request declined.

Stressful shopping in this website.
It was their logistics EVRI who messed up badly due to their delivery failures and when complained to TEMU they will not believe the customers!
EVRI delivered to wrong address hence the parcel was missing/stolen.Escalated to EVRI and TEMU several times but complete waste of time and energy because completely ignored by both!
My only advice is if you shop with TEMU please just use the COLLECT service rather than delivering it to the customer address because in the event that the parcel is missing or stolen you will be denied of a refund !
EVRI will just provide a picture which is not reliable because the courier can easily take a picture either the courier will steal it themselves or can be taken by somebody else after leaving the parcel in any place unsafely!
The stress is not worth it!
