The Avanti drivers are so reliable. In fact this last delivery was made even though the local road was closed and diversions were in place. Excellent customer care.

Not only do they keep track of the amount of gas remaining in the tank but always make sure it is kept topped up.
This latest delivery by Ben was made even though the local road closures meant he had to be diverted and yet rather than cancel the delivery he made a real effort to get to me.

Charlene was excellent and made booking our crusie so easy.

There was an issue with my Barbour jacket and although not the fault of Red Rae they immediately asked for the jacket to be returned. Johnny could not have been more helpful and not only covered the cost of postage but replaced the faulty stud.

The packaging of the missal was first class the best I’ve had delivered which meant the book arrived in mint condition.
The missal by the redemptorist is my missal of choice having had previous editions. It is extremely well laid out and makes it easy to follow the Mass.

The experience from beginning to end with Izaak at Coccon was exceptional. He made placing the order so easy, he supplied the sofa bed in double quick time for a special circumstance and made sure the delivery was on time too.
The Alice 2 seater sofa bed is incredible, so well made and robust, comfortable and very easy to convert into a double bed. What is particularly pleasing is that the bed isn’t your typical ‘put you up’ and can be used as a permanent bed.
The quality is excellent.
