After getting old boiler fixed another problem occured which was unfixable, so decided to get a new Worcester boiler, great price and installed it in a day, clean and tidy work
Would recommend them late review this work was done in August working fine

Went for diagnostic test wanted find out why engine check light was coming on and off
Got no reply back from Halfords
The report I got back was blank except for some pictures of my car
Took my car back to Halfords when engine light came back on asked them to recheck the diagnostic test again
Once again asked for the diagnostic test report to be emailed to me again they never did phoned them up and asked again for the report never got the proper report from the diagnostic test all I got was a Tex saying in the mechanics opinion it this and that
I did not pay Halfords for a opinion I wanted a diagnostic report which is what I should have received not an opinion
Total waste of money please don't go to Halfords for a diagnostic report go to a proper garage and get a proper report not an opinion

Cancellation of holiday all I can say watch out who you book with mine was over the phone with a branch in paisley had to cancel holiday because just been told that I have cancer
So I would lose 90 percent of the holiday cost but claim of insurance.but in fact they only give me less the holiday cost £3358and only received£163 back which is not 10percent
When asked about it was told go to the ombudsman well done PAISLEY branch
