diagnostic test

Went for diagnostic test wanted find out why engine check light was coming on and off
Got no reply back from Halfords
The report I got back was blank except for some pictures of my car
Took my car back to Halfords when engine light came back on asked them to recheck the diagnostic test again
Once again asked for the diagnostic test report to be emailed to me again they never did phoned them up and asked again for the report never got the proper report from the diagnostic test all I got was a Tex saying in the mechanics opinion it this and that
I did not pay Halfords for a opinion I wanted a diagnostic report which is what I should have received not an opinion
Total waste of money please don't go to Halfords for a diagnostic report go to a proper garage and get a proper report not an opinion
