Tried to renew via my online account only to find that I cannot do so without authorizing a continuous payment (Auto renewal). Surely there should be an option ? Had to phone the "I'm thinking of leaving" number in order to speak to a Human. Not impressed with this tactic which I am suprised is even legal.

I made the mistake of ordering via B&Q not knowing I could have got it 15% cheaper direct. Delivered quickly by 2 hefty blokes. It was only then that I realised that this is NOT a DIY job. I contacted Intelroll who could not have been more helpfull. Within days their installer turned up with the extra hardware required. (B&Q didn't tell me about extra brackets). An hour and a half later my Awning was professionally fitted and ready to use. Will recommend to others.

Signed up for a trial period with Apollo just as an experiment. Had a couple of loosers, as can only be expected, but overall I'm making a tidy profit. Can't believe how I've been trying to develop my own "system" for a decade (unsuccessfully) and all I had to do was employ the services of an expert. Very happy so far. 10 days in and over £200 in profit. 👍

Had an Ideal boiler installed just less than 2 years ago along with the fancy Halo thermostat, which we were told is the law these days. The boiler has been absolutely fine. However the thermostat has started having control issues with the manual setting knob. On contacting Ideal I was told the 2 year warranty on the thermostat is only valid if the boiler had been regularly serviced ! Everybody knows that modern boilers do not need a yearly service, but apparently that affects the thermostat !!! Couldn't make it up !

Since the Americans blew up the Nordstream pipeline and cut off our supply of cheap Russian gas, Ovo did nothing but increase my bills. Offering no solutions other than to just keep taking more money from me. I have had no need to contact customer services , so cannot comment on that side of things, but I certainly feel no sense of loyalty towards Ovo.

Bit dubious at first, as the prices seemed too good to be true. Waited a week and a half, thinking I would get the wrong one or a fake or nothing. Then the perfect genuine watch turned up in the post. Will buy again !

Same as everyone else. Ordered a drone. Allegedly worth £120 reduced to £18 "to promote the company". Received a cheap pound shop plastic helicopter. Appealed to Paypal and got a refund.

Scam ! Spent 15 minutes doing some entertaining yet irrelavant puzzles only to find they wanted £15 to give me a result. Don't bother.

Good price and delivery was on the expected day. Slightly earlier than expected time but that was good for us. It soon became clear why it was a bit early. The delivery guy obviously didn't want to cut into his early finish as he made all sorts of fuss about the difficulty of bringing it through the house. It was probably a ploy to get a tip but it didn't work. I eventually told him to leave it on the front and brought it in myself. It wasn't rocket science and I'm not a professional delivery man. Would still recommend A O though.

Excellent service. From initial contact to fitting was only about 3 weeks and the Guys did the job in just a few hours. Very happy with the work and will be using again.
