Be careful of this company

I contacted Matt to fix the handle of my bathroom window, he came out and told me that the whole mechanism for closing the window needed replacing and quoted me £330 to fix it. My builder friend then looked at the window and changed the handle which cost us £7.99, there was nothing at all wrong with the mechanism.. the window opens and closes perfectly.. I would hate to think of how many people have been mislead in the same way !

Very good customer service

Very good customer service, even with a couple of snags, they were very efficient about getting these resolved. Fitters were polite and helpful. Good clean job done. Definitely recommend them.

AVOID

AVOID. Incorrect sized product arrived, this was corrected, then noticed damage to the product. Windowfix not interested once they have your money, they said they are not coming out for the window frame costing £225 and said we had to fix ourselves at our own expense. Very poor customer service, he even swore at me over the telephone. I would never use them again nor would I recommend.

Hi Fern, this was a supply only job that was fitted by yourselves. You contacted us 3 weeks after already having the window frame and demanded we send someone over to replace it. Unfortunately because you waited so long to alert us of the scratch that we cannot identify how this happened, it is also covered in tape which we do not remove with supply only. Therefore our only course of action was to recommend someone else to help which we happily gave you the contact details for. This was explained to you over the phone, the director did not swear at you and I do believe he was speaking with your husband.

Excellent service

Excellent service. From initial contact to fitting was only about 3 weeks and the Guys did the job in just a few hours. Very happy with the work and will be using again.

Nearly put us off double glazers for…

Nearly put us off double glazers for life. Awful experience, they know best no matter what the customer actually wants and what is practical. Windows don't fit properly but will never have them back on site. Would rather have them replaced by another company at our own expense.

Top job! Would use again + recommend

Done a brilliant job replacing my bedroom window. All very professional and very tidy workers and all work complete for a good price (had several quotes from multiple window companies). Would highly recommend and will be using them again.
