Have been talking to Paul from dundork
My account has been placed on hold 9 times this year and I have 5star feedback
Today was spent Paul fir 1 hrs and 50 minutes asking him why the account was on hold again and was told that we had gone over a £2600 limit that we had on our account which was the first time I heard of this in the many years of having this paypal account. He said that the money on hold was because we'd supposedly gone over this limit but our account said we hadn't. I asked him the exact amount and was told that his system couldn't do this. They had no reasons to put this account on hold and no answer why. I was left on hold for over 1hr for a reason I don't know. When he was asked how we were meant to post over 50 packages that the p&p had been paid for but PayPal were refusing to release he told me that I'd have to get it elsewhere. Basically every question I asked him he showed absolutely no interest or care and when he was told that this could send me into bankruptcy all he did was put me on hold for yet another 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager all I was told that because he was working from home that wasn't possible. Eventually after being on the phone for 1hr 50m he said that a manager called marta would call me within 30 minutes.to be honest there's much more I could say but whats the point. I'll be amazed if I get a call or contacted about this post. All I can say is that PayPal charge you fees hold your money and don't give a danb about you or small businesses

Ordered a Ford fiesta st line x ha ha ha

Ordered a Ford fiesta st line x on mobile. Went to collect the car today but even though the car was there apparently the service department had put the registration number on the wrong car meaning that when it was realised that they had got it wrong all the chassis numbers were wrong so it couldn't be taxed.
3 hours later we were told that we couldn't have the car but hopefully it would be ready for collection sometime tomorrow
Even though they agreed to drop it to us in Watford if I've not heard from them buy 9.30 I'm cancelling the car completely as I'm sick and tired or Hartwell ford dealership not know basically what they are doing and that applies to all 3 garages we have had experience with
Word of advice say well clear

Stolen money

Stolen money
Purchased an item from ideal world on flexi pay only to find out today that they had intact taken the full payment of £249. I called them and got through to a lady called bushes who told me that I had not asked for flexi pay while I was looking at the picture of te order I had placed clearly showing I had. All she had to say was that because it had been dispatched it was to bad and they cou7do anything except tell me to re6it and wait for a refund. When I asked her how long that would take she didn't know saying it depends on when they get it back from the courier Hermes so that could take a month or so the it would take 10 day for them to refund the money. I asked to speak to a manager and surprise surprise there wasn't one available and one would ring me back within 2 hours. All she kept telling me was that she understands. I asked the name of the CEO but was totally ignored time and time again.
I'm not sure quite what the CEO of ideal world I'd afraid of by letting his staff give his name out but it seem st me to be dodgy and maybe wants to remain anonymous of taking peoples money like this. All I know is that I'm like a dog with a bone and wont give up until I'm treated fairly

What a joke company turned me down for…

What a joke company turned me down for fiance but still took a deposit. Wh6i range to find out where my money was I was told it would take 5 days to come back to me as it was in a pending account held by the bank. When I told the agent that I had just came off the phone to the bank he put me on hold. When he came back he said tha5the bank was basically lying to me say that the money had left my account and then offered to speak to the fiance department and ask them if it could be done any quicker this is all after accusing me of bei6rood to him. I asked him for all the references numbers of the return payment but as of yet no email has surfaced. I suppose I will need to wait and see if I get my refund if not it's off to small claims to get it back

I have been trying to return a patio…

I have been trying to return a patio weeder by yarrdforce purchased for my mother's birthday in April costing £84.99. When she opened it we found that it had already been used and the charger was broken. I contacted QVC and was told that they needed to send me a barcode sticker to stick on it before it could be returned. I waited a week and with no sticker I rang again. After apologising they promised to send another sticker. Another week passed and still no sticker again I called and was promised it would definitely be done this time. A week later still no sticker so I rang again this time a little fed up, I got through to a lady who was about to say that she would send me a sticker when I asked her to speak to a manager to which she replied no there wasn't any then going on to contradict herself saying they were all on phone calls and would call me back which I doubted what she sid so I asked if I could wait and then speak to one. She said no firmly, so I asked to speak to the ceo who's name is all over the qvc pages saying how helpful they are but he was social isolating so I asked I she would email me our conversations, she said she couldn't
The moral of the story is QVC are ok until you need to return or need a refund on anything because then you have problems

Purchased a tumble dryer on Wednesday…

Purchased a tumble dryer on Wednesday 13 may 2020 order number 243552346 priced £179.99.
Immediately I realized it was the wrong item so I tried to call and cancel it as stated on their website only to be told there was nobody answering the photos and to use their live chat. I did this to find out there was a minimum of 26 minute wait for someone to talk to.
55 minutes later I was cut off so I tried again only for the same to happen. The next day Wednesday 14may 2020 I tried again and again and again only to be told the same. It is due to be delivered today Friday 15may 2020 to my elderly mother who is now panicking about men going to her house while she is on her own. I'd like to congratulate argos on such a wonderful customer service experience and all the help they've offered on this. What's the point of offering these services if you dont provide them

When I asked to cancel was told basically tough it's to bad

Total RIP off

Booked a holiday to new York on Sunday the 17th November 2019 costing over 1100£
That evening my mother suffered a stroke so at 9 am the following morning I call the so called customer service department to cancel
After speaking to one of the representatives I was informed that to cancel was going to cost me 30% of my payment, I was stunned to say the least.
I asked the girl 6 times to speak to a manager, she told me the same thing but of coarse she understood my frustration as it was only booked a few hours before
I had to accept but asked to make a complaint, she said that she would do this and send me an email outlining my complaint, of coarse this hasn't happened
I hope that Branson is very happy about the way he conducts his business while he sits with his friends on his island
In my opinion I have been cheated and scammed out of nearly £400
There was nothing said about this when I booked and nothing mentioned on the booking confirmation I recieved.
My advice USE another company as if you have a problem they just dont care

A totally useless service

A totally useless service
Returned an iPad to music magpie on Thursday 14th November by 48hr tracked. On Wednesday the 20th parcel had still not been delivered. I tried to ring numerous times on the Tuesday each call lasting over 90 minutes with on answer.
I finally managed to get through on the Wednesday morning only to be told that my iPad had probably been lost.
I asked about making a claim to be told that this couldn't be done until at least the 25th November and IF my claim was successful it would take another 30 or so days before I MIGHT see my money back.
There was no apology or anything it was as if I was putting her out and the money was coming out of her pocket.
I didn't loose my parcel it was down to the inconsistency of royal mail so should I have to wait so long for them to give me MY money back.
Perhaps it wasn't lost many it was stolen , who know, all I know is that I'm over £500 out of pocket and royal mail dont give a danb
It's no wonder people are using so many other delivery companies as it seems that royal mail and there saffcare incompetent of doing what they promise
There a joke and deserve to loose there royal seal

Provident insurance

Provident insurance, what can I say
CHEAP AND NASTY
Had an accident on the 16 April 2018, rang them straight away, and sent then my dash cam footage which they could them couldn't then could then couldn't view as they couldn't open the file even though everyone else could. This went on for 2 weeks with promises to ring me back but this never happened I always had to call them. Eventually I sent then the sim card and was promised that would be looked at immediately this never happened all we got was excuses again more lies and promises of call backs that never happened. In the meantime the car was repaired badly by streamline body shop,when I got it back I complained about this and streamline were lying to bot me and the insurance company. Eventually we agreed the an assessor would ring and come and have a look and provident would ring me the next day this was 16 days ago and guess what they didn't. I rang yet again on the 29 day and was told that the assessor would ring that day guess what no phone call, rang twice today and all I get is cut off,,, the dash cam footage was finally viewed on Monday 5 weeks after I sent it.
I have been constantly lied to,put on hold and transferred from pillow to post, I'm still waiting for them and the assessor to call back but I wont hold my breath
It's TRUE what they say
You pay peanuts you get monkeys
This carefully before you use this insurance company
Provident is the trading name for COVEA insurance
I'll keep you informed in the next chapter of this diabolical insurance company

Brought a wooden frame less than a year…

Brought a wooden frame less than a year ago for my disabled daughter it’s what she really wanted, guess what it snapped in two as she only sat on it, rang them sent them photos as requested, they said they’d ring back on 2 occasions nothing, rung them again was told that nothing had been received even though I had proof. Rung again and have been told that it’s not there fault , cannot speak to anyone in authority will not put me through to a manager and now have been told nothing can be done untill after Christmas. Now there telling me that they have no knowledge of any calls or photos being sent.
Please think carefully before you decide to buy off this company
The customer service is terrible and uncaring
