Review of DPD UK
2items not delivered but signatories forged
We were waiting for 2 parcels delivered by DPD, we’ve had 2emails saying that they have been delivered and signed for. This has not happened, I don’t know what’s going on but it seem someone is forging our signatures and not delivering the items. We have cctv and nobody has tried to deliver them. If this is NOT sorted out immediately I will be calling the police and reporting this as THEFT, no other choice.
They only seem to reply to good feedback

Diabolical service no interest in their customers
Order a bag on next day delivery didn’t turn up, tried to get an answer why all they said was basically tough luck, we are having a argument with customer services at the moment , but they are not interested at all. We are currently talking to a lady called Asha who is not really interested and she’s a manager. What chance does any body stand in getting a fair outcome with a company like this. Spoke to a manager and was told that basically it’s to bad all I wanted was a refund, my wife sent all information they asked for and still they have done nothing they even had the out right cheek to call my wife a complete liar.
This company is part of kirt ginger and in my opinion they are scamming people out of there money
I feel that they are giving me no choice but to take the people in question to court for lying and giving her a bad name.
If you have to call these ignorant people please make sure you record your conversation , this is a bad bad company to do business with

I have had numerous conversations with management at and about the WATFORD branch of dfs. There totally ignorant to the problem I have. I’ve for a refund and if I can change it for a more expensive sofa, it’s like talking to a brick wall, there seems to me to be disinterest in customers once they have you money that we save so hard for. I have told them to forget it as I haven’t got the energy to fight and fight to get value for money. Please read the contract before you part with your money because what you are told when a sofa is purchased is different to what is said on the contact, all they say when something goes wrong I that refer to your contrac. It seems they need to train their staff properly
I wil never use or recommend DFS to anyone. They don’t do what they tell you

Still waiting and waiting
After terrible trouble Trouble with the customer service I’m still waiting for the manager of the Watford branch to contact me, they were supposed to call Monday but never, after a lengthy conversation with their customer service I was told I would get a phone call within 48 hours, which in fairness I got Thursday morning but was unavailable to talk, he promised me he would call me back that afternoon, guess what I’m still waiting. It’s really not good enough you pay all that money and once they’ve got it they don’t give a dame. I’m so frustrated, all I want now is my money back, no fix no replacement just my money back. Think before you part with your money

I was expecting a call from the Watford branch, guess what no call. To be honest I didn’t expect one. I spoke to him Friday and he said he would replace the foam but wouldn’t discuss the problem with the arm. Yet again let down by you so called customer service. What am I supposed to do, to be honest I really want my money back so I can go somewhere else. To top it all off you web site to complain is utter rubbish.

New vw polo
Brought a brand new polo June 2018, day after getting it got letter from vow saying rear seatbelt had recall. Went back they said it had been done. The cars steering would not release when stop start activated took it back they can’t find a problem this kept happening even there service people said it’s not safe to drive called AA they said the same was told still no problem according to vow. Then got another letter saying seatbelt not safe to use, was not told anything about this when car was brought. Much more but not enough space to write it all. Dreadful company

DREADFUL DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Brought 2 x 3 seater sofas plus 2 footstool withgliders and stain cover.
Rang dfs to say the cushions had collapsed one of the arms had a sort of popping feel when it was lent on. Today someone came out to look at it and hears what I was told. The cushions had to be turned every day and whe purchased was told twice a week and that every time we got up even to answer the door we had to plump the cushions. The arm popping is apparently a feature of the arms. He was loud, rood and not interested in what I had to say, I will never buy from dfs again
