Product is nicely sustainable and smells good, price is fine as well. However, For larger loads you do need at least 2 sachets. Also the instructions for opening the child lock are always lacking. The box gets stuck every time and has to be torn open. The side tab gets stuck every time and the long end panel doesn't tear off cleanly.

I got a lionsmane kit for christmas but when I opened it the mushroom had bust through the kit and gone brown. I was disappointed and sent images.
They replied within a few days and gave some suggestions and video links. When these didn't work they suggested we "give it another go" and sent a new kit free of charge. They kept in touch and resent kit video links and tips.
This kit grew brilliantly and I am now trying for a second crop.
The customer service was excellent.
I would recommend ensuring you start the kit growing as soon as you get it and if there are issues take pictures.
The items are sweetly made and the customer service is exemplary!
There was a mixup with the writing I wanted on my gift and while it was a bit tricky to contact them, when I got through, they were so helpful and accommodating and the gift was perfect when it arrived.
At the mercy of dpd and can do nothing if they don't deliver or their website is down.
Don't bother, be quicker and less frustrating to go to a pharmacy.

I am writing a second review for this abysmal service as this issue has repeated.
Version 8 of Zen software is buggy AF. We had nearly 2 weeks of outages where they were less than useful. Eventually, after much calling and complaining, we were provided a new router as they were not able to roll back their crappy version. We work from home and this was made impossible with their wildly ineffectual service.
The new router worked fine BUT it automatically rolls out version 8 so we are now back to constant drop outs and they're useless customer service.
Do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else!
UPDATE: we're on approx. 20 drop outs today (by 2:30pm in 31/10) which have interrupted 2 meetings. This is impressively bad, even for Zen!

Good afternoon Alice,
I am sorry to hear about the issues that you have experienced over the past few weeks. I understand that one of our Complaint Resolution Managers is currently dealing with your case.
If nothing goes wrong it's fine. When you have constant drop outs for over a week, do all the trouble shooting they say, have a factory reset and it still doesn't work what then eh? Well then you then get gaslight by being told they aren't drop outs (even when my work call froze) and it's the police "monopolising the frequency" (which apparently they do multiple times a day all day long. I live in a village, not the bronx in 1984!)
Several days later you get a new customer service rep who asked you to repeat everything you have already done.
They will likely respond with "oh we're sorry pls contact us so we can look into it" which is code for "we don't care"
How Zen get such high reviews I've no idea. Avoid unless you want to spiral into insanity.
If the WiFi stays up long enough for this review to go up I'll be rather surprised.
UPDATE: They have requested further info which I have provided. Don't hold your breath for a response for me though.
UPDATE: up to approx 25 drop outs today alone. Pretty much every 29 mins. Making it impossible to work.

UPDATE: Even if you call their helpline or go to their website you only get bots, no option to speak to a person. Really really bad service.
Just the worst.
Fine if it all goes well and they manage to deliver your goods. Anything goes wrong and you are left hanging. You don't even get to chose to not use them as it is dictated by the companies you purchase from.

Easy to use and good savings but if anything goes wrong you are on your own.
You'll go round and round their chat until you make a formal complaint. Then they will leave you hanging for over 50 days and in many occasions you end up repeating the issue multiple times to multiple people/chatbots.
Also many of their customer services people do not understand their own system and cannot give simple instructions. There are good perks like locking pots but when you do it doesn't tell you if you want to unlock you have archive the pot. Really basic and useful information is missing from their instructions and their staff are not trained.
Its such a shame as there is a good platform here but it can't handle any issues.
The worst candles I've bought in the longest time.
The "crystals" are just coloured stones and when the candle is lit the heat means the stones slide to the wick and cause the wax to only melt in a small cylinder down to the glass. The vast majority of the wax is unmelted and therefore the burning time is much lower than expected.
Literally a bunch of crooks in with Ski-Lifts to make money off of people and provide the worst service possible.
Advised transfer would be late, we waited well over the the alloted rime, they "offered" for us to pay for a taxi and claim money back (which I very much doubt would have happened) but also say the transfer was on its way so we opted to wait for the one we had already paid for.
He was not eventually they got us a taxi but we'll over 2 hrs late. When advising SunWebs of this they just came up with stories and are not interested.
Use at your peril/Same for Ski Lifts.
UPDATE: We have now received a partial refund. Better but still not a company I would use again.
A 2 hr wait and we eventually got a taxi arranged for us instead.
We were told there is a technical issue, the driver was lost, then a flight was delayed meaning our shared lift wasn't coming.
They also said the driver told them there was a road accident but this information was not given to us at the time but by Marta when I emailed later that week trying to explain our experience.
Seriously excuse after excuse....
When I emailed to advise ski lifts of this the "Customer services manager" Marta advised basically Ski Lifts think its fine to make you wait 90 mins for a transfer even if you have booked in advance. She ignored that I advised our wait time was over this time and refused to be of any help, just gave excuses as to why the car hadn't arrived.
Awful "service" and if they respond saying "what's your reference number and we will look into this for you" pls know they have already done this and just do not care.
If it goes well its probably fine but if anything goes wrong they will do nothing to help you.
In contrast Taxi Baron (who they sub-letted our ride home to) were prompt, tidy and polite. Use them instead.
Ski Lifts are seriously the worst!
Update: from the reply below they STILL do not admit problems. We were not picked up until gone 10pm. We were not advised we would have to wait until 9pm for other passengers to arrive. We were told lie after lie about what the delay was.
Ir was outside the T&C's but ski-lifts are more interested in covering their backs then helping their customers. Use at your peril!

We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with your experience on your outbound transfer, although we are delighted that you are happy with your return journey to the airport that we arranged for you.
As we have said in our email correspondence with you, there is clearly some confusion over the terms and conditions of the transfer booking made for you. The tour operator that you had booked through had booked a shared transfer with us for your transfer, which in this instance has a 90-minute maximum waiting time from meeting our representatives at our desk at Geneva Airport.
Your flight was scheduled to land at 20:15, you were booked onto a transfer with another group going to the same resort who were scheduled to land at 21:00, so your waiting time should comfortably have been less than 90-minutes.
Due to delays we realised that if you were to wait for the other group on your original transfer, you would have exceeded this wait time, so at 21:35 we instead arranged and paid for a private taxi for you to prevent this from happening.
As we have said on emails, we are sorry that you are not happy, but the transfer was not outside of the terms and conditions and we have asked you to contact the company that you booked with for further clarity on that as there is clearly not anything else we can do or say to convince you of that.
Usually ok but the vouchers for discounts don't work.
