Stressful Aftercare!

A1 service when booking...until something goes wrong.
When our flight was cancelled, they were slow to inform us. Luckily I kept tracking it on the airline website.
Appalling service trying to retrieve a refund. After many hours of chasing up the airline for them, I'm still owed for a cancelled flight. Love holidays deny receiving the refund yet...but the airline are adamant it was sent to them. They want the customer to do all the chasing up. I will never use them again. I've never felt so stressed! Avoid!!!!
Update!
I've had an email from Loveholidays basically telling me they've closed the case and I have to deal with Ryanair myself. They have the refund from Ryanair so they need to pay me back. I've written to Watchdog. I'm getting the Ombudsman involved now. I urge anyone to keep going do not let them get away with keeping your money! It's MY money, not theirs. IM NOT LEAVING THIS ALONE, END OF! THATS WHAT THEY WANT!

Update no.2 TAKING THEM TO COURT. WATCH THIS SPACE

First time booking

Haven't used this company before but I've just booked my holiday fior 2023 and so far everything has been very easy going. The app is very simple to use for convenience. I had a question regarding adding my booking to the airline and used the chat option. My query was answered very quickly and simply, which enabled me to work out what to do immediately.
Holiday prices were the best value I could find.
So far....I can highly recommend

UPDATE: I REGRET THIS REVIEW. SEE MY LATEST REVIEW!!! THEY ARE AWEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL AS THEY WONT REFUND MY CANCELLED FLIGHT, DENYING THEY HAVE THE REFUND FROM THE AIRLINE

Despite having our email and phone…

Despite having our email and phone number details, nobody let us know that the venue for the test had moved! Thankfully we got there 10 minutes early which allowed us the 10 minute walk to the new venue. We had already walked 15 minutes from where we parked the car and I have a broken foot! So to finally get to the address and find a tiny bit of scrap paper on the window telling us the new address, was rather annoying! When we arrived at the new address, not even an apology for the extra walk!
How difficult could it be to email or text us the change of location?

Refund due to Covid is non existant in my case!!!

I booked a flight with them in November 2019 and the flight was due in June 2020. Obviously this was cancelled due to coronavirus. Every time I call, they tell me my refund is priority and being managed. In the meantime the airline have told me that they refunded the money in May 2021. This isnt true and I've asked who they refunded it to. Last Minute, now dont speak on the phone after I enter the booking ID. They hang up! DON'T USE, DON'T TRUST.
I will NEVER use again. TERRIBLE customer service. I just want to know where my money is. The last time I got through on the phone, I said it's just a small amount in comparison to a big company and I was told...."like everyone in travel, the airlines are running out of money" That is not good enough. That is not my problem! Communication with them is non existant now so I guess i can only avoid them in the future. When I called again today, The message said that my booking ID doesnt exist! The airline told me it has been refunded. If I find out it was refunded to Last minute, I will take this further. Its just a small amount but i want to know where it has gone, just out of principle!

Bad deal!

The flowers I ordered we're almost dead on arrival! I ordered the deluxe letterbox flowers in the hope they may be slightly nicer than the standard. They were aweful! Totally wasted my money and worse still, it was embarrassing for me when my daughter in law opened them. I had to send her an E voucher to compensate because I felt terrible. Never again!

The bouquet ordered is one of our boxed bouquets, delivered in bud, as advised at time of ordering, to ensure its freshness and protection on the journey with the courier. After a couple of days in water, with freshly cut stems and flower food, we would expect the flowers to bloom and resemble the advertised image.

If once the flowers have bloomed, the bouquet still does not resemble the advertised image on our website, please kindly send us a photograph of the bouquet and our team will be more than happy to investigate this further for you.

Highly recommend The Centre Of Excellence

I took a course with The Centre Of Excellence and found the course to be very valuable. It had great learning material and there was amazing support at hand from start to finish if needed. They always replied promptly if I emailed them. I was so impressed that I have enrolled in another course. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to learn and improve their life.
