Stressful Aftercare!
A1 service when booking...until something goes wrong.
When our flight was cancelled, they were slow to inform us. Luckily I kept tracking it on the airline website.
Appalling service trying to retrieve a refund. After many hours of chasing up the airline for them, I'm still owed for a cancelled flight. Love holidays deny receiving the refund yet...but the airline are adamant it was sent to them. They want the customer to do all the chasing up. I will never use them again. I've never felt so stressed! Avoid!!!!
Update!
I've had an email from Loveholidays basically telling me they've closed the case and I have to deal with Ryanair myself. They have the refund from Ryanair so they need to pay me back. I've written to Watchdog. I'm getting the Ombudsman involved now. I urge anyone to keep going do not let them get away with keeping your money! It's MY money, not theirs. IM NOT LEAVING THIS ALONE, END OF! THATS WHAT THEY WANT!
