I disliked being lied to …

I disliked being lied to that I had missed the delivery on Sat 6th, also they stated that a calling card had been left this again was a lie. I have 24hr cctv and no-one entered my property in a five and a half hour period covering the alleged delivery. Try as I might I could not find anyway to contact Yodel except the live chat, which proved to be next to useless. What also puzzles me is the parcel was supposed to be delivered through my letter box, so how could I miss the delivery. The delivery did turn up on the 8th and instead of being put through the letter box it was left on the step. I did see the back of the driver disappearing off my drive, such care and attention to detail. If this is indicative of how they conduct business, then they need to have a long hard look at themselves. I could not in all honesty recommend this company.
