Superb company and outstanding customer service

The relationship with the company doesn’t end when they deliver your blinds. We had an issue (no fault of theirs) and the after service was probably the best I have ever experienced from a company. Whether it’s for domestic or business, would HIGHLY recommend them!

Fantastic customer service

There was a mess up with our parcel by Evri (not the fault of Joseph Joseph) and Jemimah at Joseph Joseph was fantastic! Got a replacement sent out before the parcel had even made it back to them and was delivered within 72 hours. Fantastic customer service; would recommend them all day long!

Strongly recommend their service

Always delivers to our safe place if we are not in. Have always found them to be exceptional both for delivering parcels to me and as a postal service. We have used them many times for parcels; we found them cheaper and more reliable than Royal Mail
