There was a mess up with our parcel by Evri (not the fault of Joseph Joseph) and Jemimah at Joseph Joseph was fantastic! Got a replacement sent out before the parcel had even made it back to them and was delivered within 72 hours. Fantastic customer service; would recommend them all day long!
