Great courses - Would recommend😊

Great courses that are easy to understand and follow, with a digital certificate available immediately upon completion. When I added the Level 2 Food Hygiene course to my cart, I received an offer to complete an Allergy Awareness course and certification at a discounted price. This was a fantastic add-on—very insightful and valuable.

Doesn't work and no response from Customer Service

These patches don’t work. It took a while for them to arrive, and as soon as I received them, I felt silly for believing they would actually work. When I took them out of the packet, it was clear they wouldn't. They claim to contain natural ingredients, but they don’t specify what those ingredients are anywhere. The smell is nothing like natural ingredients—it smells more like makeup or cosmetics.

Not only do they not work, but the instructions are unclear. You’re supposed to wear them for 4 hours a day on alternate days, but the patches are soaking wet. How are you supposed to keep your clothes from getting drenched?

Scam - stick to the other sites

I booked a room through Roomer after struggling to find availability on my usual sites like Trivago, Airbnb, and Booking.com. After I made the payment, I received an email saying a confirmation would follow, but it never did. When I arrived at the property, the host was nowhere to be found. I contacted him via the Airbnb app, and he told me he had informed Agoda that he could not accept the booking, asking them to cancel and issue a refund. However, I never booked through Agoda—I booked through Roomer. The host also mentioned he didn't even use or list on Roomer.

Stranded, I emailed Roomer, and they promised to respond within 24 hours which was too long, so we called multiple times to which they eventually hung up without answering any! I ended up booking an Airbnb after 3 hours at the property and requested a refund. Over the next few days, Roomer asked if I had managed to check in, but I never received a response or refund to my reply. In the end, I had to claim the money back through my bank.

From Hesitation to Success: A Positive Investment Experience

Sent me the wrong thing and won't reply to my emails

Placed an order for a bikini in February, it came in March, but they sent me 2 tops instead of a top and bottom; I have made numerous attempts to get in touch to arrange a return and request the bottoms but no response has been received and I have now had to get my bank involved and they have started a charge back process to take the money back from the company - Really bad customer service.

Really really happy with the results of…

Really really happy with the results of the flow tea - I bought the selection box but this is the only one I've tried so far and although sceptical at first, I was surprised by how un-distracted i was; Usually whilst doing uni work I'd check my phone and then be on there for hours but not after I've drank this coffee

Would definitely recommend if you procrastinate loads!

Great renewal quote from £1300 to £830

I've been with them for 2 years and have no complaints; Easy to make changes online (for a reduced fee) and can speak via live chat if needed which is convenient if you're working full time
You can also pay a chunk off via the live chat if you want to reduce your monthly payments which is what I did and it helped out massively
Lastly, they also price matched my renewal and then reduced it even more! Would definitely recommend

Short notice jobs where no one gets back to you

This company was initially really supportive when I had been recruited to join them but once I had paid a 2 year subscription fee of £120, their promises were not kept; Every day, I'd go on their website and apply for the jobs that were appropriate, but I'd never heard anything back
Never got 1 job using this website and most of the jobs are short notice e.g. posted today, needing the models for tomorrow, only 2 'testimonials', and haven't ever heard about the company or from them

Lastly when I asked if I could change my email address to a new one (so that if I'm invited to a casting, it would go straight to the right place) they advised this could not be done

No refund after item was retuned after agreed with customer service

I had bought a dress in size small but it was more like an extra small, and so I bought a medium instead which was too big; On their website, it states that you can return items as long as it is not on sale. I had used a discount code and so had checked with them if the item was still eligible for a refund to which they had advised me was fine.
I had posted the dress back and had to chase them up multiple times for the refund- They required a tracking number so had it not been tracked/signed for, I probably would not have been "refunded".
Initially, they had advised me that the refund had been processed and that it should be back to me within 10 working days but this never happened; The order was £60+.
I asked for an update multiple times, was asked for a tracking number and once provided AGAIN they'd stop responding.
I had to go through my bank to arrange a refund which took almost another month to which they said they could not uphold my concerns as the website states that if an item is on sale it cannot be returned. I had to send them a screenshot of them agreeing that the discount code used was excluded before they took action and finally refunded me over a month later!

On their website, it states that they have 5 stars on trust piolet when they actually have a rating of 2!

Good quality of clothes and good customer service-Thank you Martin and Jess. S!

Oh Pollys quality of clothing is immaculate in comparison to other online stores and so I don't mind spending a couple of extra pounds on a dress which I know that I'd look good in; So many people said that I 'looked rich' (I can guarantee that I'm not lol). I also returned a fur jacket that I had bought and both Martin and Jess. S kept me updated and were quick to respond to any emails that I had sent- Give them a raise! haha (joking not joking)
Would deffo buy from Oh Polly again :)

And P.S. -Paid with Klarna and the cost of a jacket I had bought desperately to go with the dress was deducted after return and all I had to pay for was postage.
