First thing...you have to know how to enroll yourself to have acces to the course. The enrollment is not visible but you can manage by sending an email to them
Second...for me it is impossible yo finish the course..wasted money
It takes ages for every page to load until a point when it doesn't work at all. Quite disappointed

The website is terrible and wont load, I have 1000gb download speed and an s24 so my phone or internet isn't the issue. Keeps crashing and takes forever to load. Terrible webiste that would add an extra hour of waiting just for it to load

I recently bought Lvl 1 food hygiene for my colleagues, The course competitively priced and the learning materials beautifully designed, but having had a tech issue (the tech issue was me!), I could bot have had kinder or more effective help than i recieved from Janice in their Care tea, Give the girl a raise!! she was reassuring and so patient - a credit to the firm

Great courses that are easy to understand and follow, with a digital certificate available immediately upon completion. When I added the Level 2 Food Hygiene course to my cart, I received an offer to complete an Allergy Awareness course and certification at a discounted price. This was a fantastic add-on—very insightful and valuable.
