It's difficult to get things shipped to Malta from the UK, but they have made it possible for us to order what we need. Customer service is very prompt and efficient. Extremely helpful.

The order was easy to place and it is ok that it take a longer to ship to the NL. I like Cultbeauty’s products because they are almost the same as Sephora’s, which is not available in the NL.

Items arrived undamaged, got a good deal on them too. Also delivery was super fast and got my parcel a week before a set date.

I bought a lot of times on this site, due to this I lost my gold status on Sephora, but it doesn't matter, here I can find everything I need with amazing discounts. Satisfied!

The Ordinary's glycolic acid packaging arrived in poor condition, all crumpled (the product itself is fine). The other product was in perfect condition, so I assume it wasn't a delivery issue.
