Banned account after updating details?

I had an old account that I had used when I was living in another country. Yesterday I logged into it and updated my address, phone number, etc. to match the new country I'm living in.

The next day I receive an email saying my account was banned for having fake details, hello? I just updated my details precisely to make them correct.

Contacted agent support and they said they will keep my account banned.

What a terrible service, will not use this platform again.

This website/app is a complete scam

This website/app is a complete scam. I was sold absolutely trashy clothes by a seller using misleading photos and descriptions and after contacting support they did nothing to help me. I sent photos of the disgusting looking clothes the seller shipped me and they requested photos of the parcel with the seller's address on it although they could absolutely see they were the same items. Since I had already trashed the package they immediately closed my support ticket and transferred the money to the seller. This was after they kept me waiting for support for more than 48 hours.

Eventually they banned my account because I was tired of getting harassed by users asking me to send them dirty photos and other kinds of weird requests. I responded a bit roughly to one such creep and then they banned me straight away without appeal because of the language I used.

Vinted is truly a joke. Don't use it to buy anything of high value because if something goes wrong they will absolutely not help you.

Their support is completely incompetent and they won't help you even after hundreds of euro of sales.

The site is full of prostitutes trying to sell some nasty items to perverts and you're caught in the middle of this trying to sell some products honestly.

Now that they banned me I have one order already shipped and one that I was supposed to ship today (which I won't, sadly, for the buyer), I am still curious to see if I will get the money from the order that was shipped already after the buyer receives it or if Vinted is just going to steal that money for themselves.

Péssimo serviço de entregas e apoio ao…

Péssimo serviço de entregas e apoio ao cliente. Agendei uma entrega para as 14:00+ no site e o serviço de entrega apareceu às 13:00 quando ainda não me encontrava em casa. Falhei a entrega e ao tentar resolver o problema com o apoio ao cliente encontro-me a tentar ligar há dois dias sem qualquer resposta. Já deixei o meu contacto duas vezes e não fui contactado de volta. Inacreditável para uma loja online não ter suporte telefónico. Não voltarei a encomendar.

Pior experiência que já tive em termos de encomendas online

Encomendei um livro na loja online da Bertrand. No website estava escrito "disponibilidade de envio até 10 dias" o que para eles significa o seguinte:

"Esta indicação, que consta nas informações do respetivo artigo, significa que, por falta de stock, o artigo pode demorar até 10 dias úteis a chegar do fornecedor ao nosso centro logístico e é baseada no histórico de fornecimentos passados.

Os artigos com esta disponibilidade ‘até X dias’, especialmente as edições mais antigas, estão sujeitos à confirmação de disponibilidade de stock no fornecedor. Poderão verificar-se atrasos ou não ser possível a satisfação da encomenda."

Acho isto completamente inconcebível. O artigo não está marcado como estando fora de stock, receberam o meu pagamento, estou à espera há mais de 10 dias e dizem que ainda estão a contactar o fornecedor e existe o risco de nem sequer entregarem o livro de todo.

Não sei como é que tal é sequer permitido mas contactarei a DECO e outros serviços de apoio ao cliente e nunca mais comprarei nada na Bertrand, online ou fisicamente.

No email que escrevi para o suporte ao cliente despedem-se desta forma:

"Verificamos que a sua encomenda ultrapassou este prazo médio previsto para envio, situação que se deve ao atraso de alguns editores na entrega de determinados títulos e, desde já, as nossas desculpas.

Embora seja efetuada uma pressão constante para que os artigos nos sejam entregues dentro do prazo indicado pelos editores, nem sempre recebemos respostas imediatas, gerando um atraso dos nossos serviços na satisfação dos pedidos.

Neste momento, a expedição da sua encomenda está dependente da chegada do título “***”. Continuamos a aguardar a entrega do mesmo pelo fornecedor e, até ao momento, ainda não temos possibilidade de lhe indicar um prazo previsto para a sua disponibilidade."

Inconcebível.

Terrible service

Terrible service. The bus stop in Berlin (which was the second bus stop in the route) had absolutely no shelter so we had no choice but to wait for the bus out in the open while it was raining heavily. When the bus to Leipzig finally stopped by it had no information regarding its destination, the bus driver came out, shouted something to the people nearby and since no one answered he just drove off. We were further away because by that time we had tried to find some shelter from the rain and couldn't hear what the bus driver said. We continued waiting and only about half an hour later we realized that had actually been our bus and we had missed it. We ended up having to buy a last minute ticket for the train which became much more expensive than buying it 24 hours earlier. Cheap tickets but horrible service, would have been better to save the 10€ towards a proper train ticket instead.
