Ordered matching freezer/ fridge. Freezer arrived damaged. They cannot replace it, no stock. They can only offer a voucher so I can order another not matching freezer on their website.

Entregaram uma máquina de lavar avariada, tive de ligar 5 vezes para o serviço ao cliente (com uma cobrança EXORBITANTE) e ficavam sempre a transferir-me de linha.
Nunca mais vou comprar nada aqui.
Nem sequer vão substituir a máquina de lavar, vão apenas recolhê-la e reembolsar-me, por isso vou ter de comprar uma nova outra vez.
Empresa vergonhosa, a pior de Portugal, NÃO COMPREM!

They delivered a broken washing machine, I had to call 5 times to customer serivce (with a BIG charge) and they kept transfering me.
I will never ever buy from here again.
They are not even replacing the washing machine, they are picking it up and refunding me, so I'm gonna have to buy a new one all over again.
Shameful company, worst in portugal, DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a Bosch UniversalBrush and two extra heads on Sep 29, everything was marked as available for pickup in store in 1-2 working days. They delivered the heads to Worten Norteshopping but the device itself was not delivered (the order was broken into two parcels, which I didn't request). When I reached out to an assistant, she told me she didn't have any information about the delivery and asked me to give it another working day to arrive. She promised to email me the update but never did. The next day I messaged again asking if there were any updates, the assistant told me that it would be delivered on Oct 8 (instead of Oct 1). However this was not guaranteed and I have 15 days to pick up the part that's been already delivered. I have no use for the brush heads if the device doesn't arrive. This is completely unprofessional and I will be taking measures against the store.
Worten Resolve is the worst repair services ever. Sub standard "compatible" parts that never last, they claim the paid service repair everything except when then dont feel like, was not bought at worten, dont have stock or some other excuse without even diagnosing the problem (its comically consistent !). Repairs will not last and are overpriced, im sure company knows this by now but they dont care! BE WARNED!

I bought an air conditioner from Worten and they promised to install it on a certain date; and the date came and went and no one turned up…so I went into the store in Abrantes and they organised a second date which came and went and no one turned up…so I went back to the store got a refund as I had spent two whole days waiting at home for installation engineer and no one turned up!
Some Weeks later when I was overseas they came and installed the unit…when I wasn’t there…
This was clearly a mistake as I had already cancelled the order and now they have been contacting me saying they will get their legal team to take action against me when it is their mistake?
I have contacted a solicitor today to check my legal rights as this is a mistake and poor service by Worten not a problem I have created

There you can look for the Worten offerings. This is such a lost opportunity for this company.

I bought a ink cartridge in Worten, to make sure I bought a picture of my printer (with the model and number). They assured it was the right cartridge. Turned out to be wrong. With the receipt and the cartridge in hand they did not even consider returning. Even though the shop is close, I will now buy at another store...

Do not buy large appliances from worten! Their delivery and costumer support services are just shameful. The prices may be slightly lower than in some other stores, but you will eventually lose time and money (as well as a bit of your mental health) trying to handle their total incompetence.

Worst experience ever – do not buy from Worten!
We ordered a fridge and dishwasher from Worten as part of a €5,300 order, scheduled for delivery on 30th July. Neither item arrived. After 12 visits to Worten CascaiShopping, we tried again to have them delivered—twice—with no success.
This has caused months of stress, lost time, and wasted money, all for nothing. When I asked for any kind of compensation, Worten refused.

I bought a quite expensive spot steam cleaner that broke after 2 times use. First they want me to pay the repair myself even though it was way within the warranty and I had NOT been misusing it. After a fight they agreed to cover the repair.
BUT…. I now got the device back and checked the box.. there’s 4 pieces missing. Which means I can’t even use it.
What sort of business are you running here???? What a scam. Now they will probably ask me to buy those missing pieces. Horrible horrible experience!!!

I have spent the past two weeks attempting to utilize company funds on their website. The B2B benefit program has proven to be highly problematic and offers no tangible advantage. Despite being informed that the discounts were exclusive to our company benefit, a simple check of their public website revealed that these 'discounts' are identical to those offered to the general public. Furthermore, the usability of the e-commerce platform is abysmal; I have not encountered such a poorly designed online store in a very long time. It is clear that while the industry is rapidly innovating, Worten's platform remains significantly outdated, resembling technology from the year 2000.

I purchased a freezer online and paid in full. I selected a delivery date 2 weeks in the future, 4 August 2025. No one showed up. Nobody contacted me to say there was a problem. When I finally, after much searching, found a human on their chat line, they just virtually shrugged their shoulders and said the next available date is today, 15 August. They sent an advance SMS, then - nothing. I tried calling the same number 7 times, no one picked up. Eventually someone from the company called, I said sorry, I need English. I was told someone would soon call me back. That was 2 hours ago. Still nothing. Never again!

I ordered a fridge a week ago to be delivered Saturday to my new house, travelled all the way there and spent the day waiting at the empty apartment for the order. They said they would send a message 30 minutes before delivery that they are on the way. I received this message and made sure I am waiting for them to arrive 3 hours later they called and said they are now at the door. I am on the first floor and was looking out the window and my husband was at the door in less than a minute after that call and there was no one who came. We waited another 30 minutes looking out the window for the delivery truck and no one came. but then we get a call that they are no longer coming something about a delivery issue and the girl quickly ends the call and books the delivery for a week later on a Friday after not even asking us if that day will be okay or if we will be available. after calling back to their customer service to try and find out why they are no longer coming they say that they came to deliver but no one was home. We even have a door bell and no one rang it and were there for 4-5 hours waiting for them. They have the worst delivery and customer service. would not order online there again.

I pre-ordered three games expecting to get them on launch day, which is the purpose of a pre-order. All arrived late. The store even had copies for sale on the shelves, but refused to give me one because “it wasn’t my specific unit.” This is absurd and defeats the whole point of a pre-order. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
The only reason I gave two stars is because I got them for fairly good prices comparatively to the rest of the market, but it’s not like that’s super common for this store.

Awful service and client management. They advertise things that don't accomplish as the 1 day delivery and their stock management is rubbish. They are unable to keep track of the amount of products in stock, resulting in sells that are unable to fulfill. Clients are paying for things and not receiving them in time or never, without any explanation! Avoid them at all cost

No update on my delivery what’s so ever ,when I ordered it said on the page delivery is 3-5 days it’s now 8 days and still no update or delivery.Ihave tried calling worton customer service they put you on hold for over 10 minutes then they cut the line .There customer service is pathetic. This is the second time I have had problems with this company,I will do my best not too order from them again.
Since posting my reviewiew yesterday my order details have vanished from the website, I have had an email from Trustpilot asking me for order details but nothing shows when I Log in to my account 🤔. Something fishy going on here .I spent a whole hour trying to get through to customer service yesterday I'm not doing it again .As I said yesterday appalling customer service as it's non-existent.

Bought a dish washer from Worten online shop including delivery and installation. Installation was promised within 3 days. After 3 weeks of waiting and 3 post ponements still waiting…. No prior communication. Communication allover awful, either no response or no reply e-mails.
And after 5 weeks now still no delivery and installation. Last Thursday was another delivery date 100% promised. Guess what? Once more no one showed up. Again no prior communication. They just did not not come.
Now saying that they cannot deliver before end of August because of holidays!!!
It is a scandal!
