On the 13th an examiner reviewed and approved the claim, I was not asked to provide anything more. I just called on 27 June since I haven’t gotten paid. Now someone wants Medicare info-which everyone knows doesn’t cover overseas and was not provided for the first claim which was the same except for the amount. I don’t understand why this is a problem but I know I will look for another provider. Way too many calls and emails for something so simple

It was a bit confusing-I sent a message via what’s app but never received an answer. I had an uber attendant at the airport call the number and I was told I’d receive a message with the driver info. I never received any info but the Uber attendant did and he helped me find my ride. Our driver was wonderful and we arrived safely to our hotel.

Very easy and reasonable. I don’t like the booking fee so I always book when you give that discount

Easy to book on line and cheaper than booking directly. Now if the $5 booking fee would go away I’d like it even more
