Some one really had you with your pants down , when they sold you this shite... the worst freezing command delaying none functioning load of junk iv ever seen... its laughable that you try to sell a fee add version for money!!! When ya can't get the fee one to work🤣

Waited in for my delivery by DPD.
Following it on the dpd app.
As the day got late.. I checked and the driver was approx 15 mins away, then it said I refused delivery.
What had really happend was the driver had just called it a day.
Contacted dpd who just send you in circles with a bot app..
What an absolute joke... all because the driver said I refused the delivery that he never aattempted .... joke outfit

My item never arrived.
The tracking info shows it was delivered to the wrong address.
Asked Ebay for a refund..
They tell me its been delivered..
YES BUT NOT TO ME!!!
Ebay no help whatsoever

Buffers, crashes,and god forbid if you try to carry on where you left off.. that's a big no no..
Can't believe they try to push a premium service on people.. when they are running this crap..

Just had my annual service on a boiler boxt installed for me 3 years ago...

Absolute joke... tracked using yodel app.. delivering 2nd then 3re then 4th.. approx time given for all... in the meantime apparently tried to deliver left a card as I wasn't in...LIES in all day no card or attempt made... spoke to yodel using their app... who sergeted I go to one of their pick up points??? .. told them NO I paid for home delivery ... checked tracking today and amazingly its being loaded on a van again for the forth time!!! Iv had stuff from China with less hassle..
Anyway just received my item.. and I watched the driver come up my path leave the item in my doorway an drive off .. seems they can't even ring a door bell... yodel the new hermes of delivery... feel for the seller's who get a bad rep because of an inadequate delivery service 🤔

Used to be good, but now they can't knock or press a door bell..
They can't even read the word parcels on a cupboard provided..

Let's just dump it in plain view to go missing... because we took a photo ...

Delivery fine.. but had no info about my product until about 4mins before it arrived..

Buffers,takes an age to load...
Takes about 30 seconds a letter to use search... but then you can't even find something that's been on earlier that day...
The joke is they keep advertising how good it is.. no!!! It's the worst streaming service out there.. someone has ripped you off with this software.. the whole thing is utter rubbish...

What a load of junk... drops out at the blink of an eye.... God forbid you want to come back to where you left off.. why don't you ask bbc or channel 5 how to do it properly... because this is woeful... it wouldn't let me leave zero stars🤬

Spent all afternoon trying to watch something on this pile of junk... freezing, restarting, and turning off ... give up in the end

Now the new itvX.. just as bad as itv hub, drops out an freezes at the drop of an hat...
No problem with any of the other channel players.... the big hipe over the all new X.... one day they may use a tick..

Ask for driving licence photos..
Take your money. Don't tell you when I will get them just tell you to download um and print..
These are that big that 4 just fit on an A4... paid £10 for them to be delivered but have no confirmation or date

shocking customer service... each time you contact them with the same problem ... ya need to start from square one again!!!
usually a good hour to tell them something ya told um the day before
.... and be ready to tell um again tomorrow

over charged ... after getting you to stay with them by giving you something for free?? they then charge you for it..
iv had to contact talktalk for the same thing more than once now...
it takes over an hour on live chat to sort it each time.
i always ask will this happen again next month.. the answer is always no..
but here i am again.!!
last contract they get off me .. no mater what they promise next time..
people take note...

I get the need for some of the questions..
But if i was asked all these before paying I would not of continued.
But no they take your money first, then vet you...
Just think it should be the other way around..
