over charged ..

over charged ... after getting you to stay with them by giving you something for free?? they then charge you for it..
iv had to contact talktalk for the same thing more than once now...
it takes over an hour on live chat to sort it each time.
i always ask will this happen again next month.. the answer is always no..
but here i am again.!!
last contract they get off me .. no mater what they promise next time..
people take note...
