Do not deal with this company. I ordered what they claimed was a size 34 pair of shorts. What was delivered was sub standard and faulty, the zippers were broken and when I measured the waist, it was a size 40, not a 34. I requested a refund and all they offered was a percentage off the purchase price. When I advised them that I was legally entitled to a refund, quoting chapter and verse from the consumer rights act, all went quite and they stopped responding. Fortunately the card company if purchased the goods with has refunded my money.

I do not appreciate having a guy with a full face bike helmet shoving a package in my hand while trying to take a photo of me. It is an invasion of privacy!!

Martin was thorough and kept me informed about the job. Looks great could tell there was any damage originally.

As good as, if not better than the Brita filters. Plus they are more environmentally friendly.

Friendly staff, well packaged products that my dog loves

I have tried on 3 occasions to book a pickup of an item to be returned. Each time I booked I waited at home all day and no one turned up. I also tried all the local pickup points to be told by all the stores “we don’t take large packages”. I would mind it’s not particularly large or heavy.

Totally useless service. It seems that Hermes believe the have a near manoperly and customer service is irrelevant!! And I am stuck with a product I am unable to return.
