I have tried on 3 occasions to book a pickup of an item to be returned. Each time I booked I waited at home all day and no one turned up. I also tried all the local pickup points to be told by all the stores “we don’t take large packages”. I would mind it’s not particularly large or heavy.

Totally useless service. It seems that Hermes believe the have a near manoperly and customer service is irrelevant!! And I am stuck with a product I am unable to return.
