The staff was rude from the beginning

The staff was rude from the beginning. Vegas to Baltimore. Spirit hides their luggage fee well, so I had to pay 99$ at the gate. Many others had too. All very unfriendly. On the plane it was icy, everyone was wrapped in their cloth. I asked if it could be made warmer and got this answer from the arrogant air hostesses” No, we like it this cold. Take a blanket”, and made a face at me. Of course, there are no blankets available. Such arrogance. Never again, it's not even cheap.

We had so much trouble getting the car

We had so much trouble getting the car, they would not exept a credit card without a pin, they would not exept a credit card from anyone else then the driver, it was not possible to chance the contract and they demanded 200 Euro more to pay with a depit card in the end, it took forever. Then the car had some problems, a tire that had not the correct preassure, no water in the window cleaner thing and the windows where very dirty from the inside, horrible. Never again!!!!

Vodafone UK is the worst of all phone…

Vodafone UK is the worst of all phone companies! My contract allowd me to get a new phone, the old one was broken. When it arrived I tried to install it via my computer, as I did many times bevor, but it did not work. I tried other ways and consutlet an Iphone expet, nothing worked Then I tried to contact Vodafone to ask, where I can send it back, there was not adress on the parcel. After 2 hours! with bots and voicemails I gave up. Same procedure the next day, when you finaly get somenone on the phone, they have no clue and can not help at all, they give you a number and you are back to endless voicemail again. NO CUSTOMOR service at all. The shops are still closed inthe UK, and the time that allows me to send back the phone is soon over. This is Kafka, never again a contract with Vodafon.

Very bad experience from the beginning

Very bad experience from the beginning. Took month to get connected, no wifi for month. Then I moved and suddenly had new phone number, I made clear I want to keep my old number, no chance. I have to reprint my buisness cards now. This is such a bad company, do not go here!!!!!

Ich hatte meinen Flug von Frankfurt…keinen Chance auf Erstattung

Keine Chane auf Erstattung- das ist eigebtlich Betrug
Ich hatte meinen Flug von Frankfurt nach London mit der Berlin Direkt versichert und musste ihn wegen eines Todesfalls absagen. Ich habe vor der Stornierung und VOR Antritt der Reise bei Berlin Direkt abgerufen und gefragt, wie ich vorgehen soll. Die Auskunft: den Flug ganz normal absagen und sich wieder melden wenn der neue FLug auf der gleichen Strecke wieder gebucht wird. Das habe ich gemacht und auch eine Email dazu geschrieben. Nun habe ich eine neuen Flug gebucht, gleiche Strecke, gleicher Preis, aber mir wird eine Erstattung unter absurder Begründung verweigert. Dies ist unseriös und ich kann nur warnen. Und wenn ich lese was diese Versicherung sonst noch so treibt, frage ich mich, warum nicht gegen sie ermittelt wird.

Very bad customer service and if you cancel they still take money from you bank account

I got a free subscription for MUBI for 3 month and had to give them my bank account. I canceled after 2 month, the films they offer are not that intersesteing for me. I wrote several emails (about 20) and asked for confirmaiton, no anwer ever. MUBI keept takin the 7.99 from my bank account. I did not use MUBU at all. They still want my money, even now I blocked them from getting more money form may account. DO NOT SUBSRIBE, worst costumer sercice ever and they just take your money, even after quitting the service, so hard to get out.

I got a free trial of MUBI some month…

I got a free trial of MUBI some month ago, I canceled after 2 month (still in the free trial period), this platform is not that intersting. But MUBI is still taking money from my accounat. No answer to my many many cancellation emails since december 2018. THis is not good practice, do not allow this firm acess to your account.

I was expecting a delivery and got a call from Acp, the had trouble finding the address, I told them exactly were I am, but the delivery did not come. I had to call twice to learn form Apc, that the moment I got the call, the delivey van had allready left. There is a big comunication problem in that company. I can not recomend it!

NO WAY, cacellations and delays are normal, bad service

NO WAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not even worth one star. Our flight from London to Lisbon was delayed for 12 hours on very short notice, so we had to take an extra day off. Then on the way back our flight was canceled, while we already had beeb sitting in the plain for 1 hour. It was around 8 pm. No help after that, no one know to know what to do. Rude staff, we waited two hours at the help desk, then gave up, with us where many others, from other flights with the same problem, some on there way to Brasil. Finally we had to take care for transport and hotel for that nicht by ourselves, not food, no water, nothing, we go a flight back at 4pm next day, and than this flight was also 2 hours late. So we lost 2 days of works and 200 Euro for Transport and Hotel. We wrote ot TAP many times, applied for compensation on the website, no reaction, nothing. The service in the plane was poor to by the way, you are not welcome at all.
