Very bad customer service and if you cancel they still take money from you bank account

I got a free subscription for MUBI for 3 month and had to give them my bank account. I canceled after 2 month, the films they offer are not that intersesteing for me. I wrote several emails (about 20) and asked for confirmaiton, no anwer ever. MUBI keept takin the 7.99 from my bank account. I did not use MUBU at all. They still want my money, even now I blocked them from getting more money form may account. DO NOT SUBSRIBE, worst costumer sercice ever and they just take your money, even after quitting the service, so hard to get out.
