NO WAY, cacellations and delays are normal, bad service

NO WAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not even worth one star. Our flight from London to Lisbon was delayed for 12 hours on very short notice, so we had to take an extra day off. Then on the way back our flight was canceled, while we already had beeb sitting in the plain for 1 hour. It was around 8 pm. No help after that, no one know to know what to do. Rude staff, we waited two hours at the help desk, then gave up, with us where many others, from other flights with the same problem, some on there way to Brasil. Finally we had to take care for transport and hotel for that nicht by ourselves, not food, no water, nothing, we go a flight back at 4pm next day, and than this flight was also 2 hours late. So we lost 2 days of works and 200 Euro for Transport and Hotel. We wrote ot TAP many times, applied for compensation on the website, no reaction, nothing. The service in the plane was poor to by the way, you are not welcome at all.
