We spoke to Daisy, she was very helpful and friendly. We got lots of information from her about the cabins we were thinking of and we were able to make a decision easily. We have used Bolsover for quite a while now and we are always very happy with them. We wouldn’t book elsewhere.

Excellent help from Kris Saunders. (Cardiff) He helped me through the process and was very patient with me! Very polite annd friendly and went out of his way to explain any questions I had.
This was a stressful situation for me, my husband has recently had surgery and we had never been refused insurance before. Kris was excellent.

Easy to use and plenty of local drop off places

Great communication from AO always kept us informed of the order. Delivery drivers were friendly and polite and happy to answer our questions. The freezer came well packaged and the drivers unpacked and disposed of the pacgagind.

The jacket is made very well in a slightly stretchy fabric. It fits perfectly and looks fabulous.
Delivery took a little longer than expected but there was a bank holiday in between ordering and delivery.

I ordered a King Charles rose having seen it on the Chelsea flower show programme.
It arrived in excellent condition and full of buds. It’s a beautiful rose.

I have been waiting for a reply from you to 2 emails asking you to contact me regarding missing/poor plug plants. I am very disappointed with your service.
I would like to add that Customer Services have just contacted me and arranged to replace the missing plug plants immediately. Based on their response eventually I would up my stars to 4. I would have preferred a faster response.

The plug plants were a good size and in the main healthy. However 2 of them died. I emailed customer services and got a prompt reply. They replaced my who order and said to keep the ones I had. Excellent service.
I am expecting my replacement delivery in a day or two. Just over a week since the original set arrived!
