I have been waiting for a reply from…

I have been waiting for a reply from you to 2 emails asking you to contact me regarding missing/poor plug plants. I am very disappointed with your service.
I would like to add that Customer Services have just contacted me and arranged to replace the missing plug plants immediately. Based on their response eventually I would up my stars to 4. I would have preferred a faster response.
