Ordered at start of August. Product still hasn't turned up.... I've contacted the company multiple times and no-one ever responds. At this point I just want my money back.

No one attends confirmed appointments. I waited half an hour this morning for a GP on the video link, no one turned up or had the courtesy to cancel, and as a final indignity I received an email saying I had not shown up for the appointment and reminding me to cancel in future if I couldn't make it!! Unbelievable. It's the private digital GP through BUPA too - no NHS excuse.
Tried to call Babylon to make a complaint rather than leaving it here but gave up after nine minutes on hold.

Review of Reformation
Bought two pairs of trousers from the petite range. They were far too long. One pair had a 34 inch inside leg! I'm 5'3" and find most petite ranges from other brands fit fine.
The quality of the clothes was very average, nothing different to what you'd find in high street stores in UK, just five times the price.
The final insult was finding out it would cost £20 gbp to return the goods from UK.

They lost my package and are refusing to refund me until they locate it. Have been waiting more than two weeks. Customer service has been no help at all.
