No one attends confirmed appointments. I waited half an hour this morning for a GP on the video link, no one turned up or had the courtesy to cancel, and as a final indignity I received an email saying I had not shown up for the appointment and reminding me to cancel in future if I couldn't make it!! Unbelievable. It's the private digital GP through BUPA too - no NHS excuse.
Tried to call Babylon to make a complaint rather than leaving it here but gave up after nine minutes on hold.
