I can always rely on Boden items to be that little bit more special & unique, and this blouse was exactly that!

Yet again another item delivered not in accordance with the delivery instructions printed on the parcel. Also, no attempt made to knock on the front door despite clear evidence that people were in.

Our Evri delivery driver continues to make up his own delivery instructions, leaving deliveries in plain sight or in unsafe locations, despite there being delivery instructions on the parcels.

I really didn`t expect to find shaving soap as a product House of Bruar would sell but was pleasantly surprised to discover they do. The order arrived within 2 working days which is impressive and the shaving bar smells simply divine, too. I can`t comment any further just yet as it is a birthday present.

I ordered 2 t-shirts (1 short & 1 long sleeved) in size `M`. The shirts that arrived are not the same size, though technically they should be. Furthermore they are so small that my daughter who is a size 8 top just about fits into them though I didn`t actually order them for her but me, and yes, I did take my measurements. The quality of the short sleeved t-shirt is poor while the long sleeved one is better but the fabric is so tight that it barely stretches to go over her head. In short, huge disappointment and won`t order again.

The whole process from ordering to delivery is very straight forward and the delivery time is incredibly quick. Very impressive !
