Alls well that ends well! Fake goods delivered premium price paid

Case update,
After posting my original review, see below, I have been in contact with Monica from TechShack, she has provided very good service, refunded the original payment, investigated and reported back to me their findings, which we clear and they have taken decisive action over that particular supplier. Monica has also provided a goodwill discount towards any further purchases from them. Based on the customer service received they certainly have earned a second chance!
"So, i ordered and paid for a particular set of ear buds, they weren’t cheap, and this company were just slightly cheaper than going via the brands website, cheap enough to not set alarm bells ringing ie £10 cheaper than the brand website, however what arrived was not what I ordered, not a ‘knockoff’ as the box was not the brands and the functionality despite being labelled as noise cancelling, they totally weren’t, looked the same as genuine ones however the functionality is certainly not! Called customer service, sent images and was told that a full refund would be forthcoming, lets wait and see! In summary, product delivered was an Ali express/Temu cheap quality not the premium product and price i paid, customer service agent was good which is the only positive…..
Would I buy from Tech Shack again NO would I recommend them NO"

We also issued your refund in advance of receiving the returned item, as our customer service team explained. We’re pleased you were happy with the support you received on the phone, and we will share that with the team.
