When it comes to choosing the right size, we always invite our customers, in case they cannot make a decision on their own based on the size chart, to contact us in order to provide them with the necessary help.

We also want to remind you of our exchange policy. It is just needed that the customer contacts us and we will get back to them with a satisfactory solution.

Let me just assure you that our designers made the fit a bit looser because our customers occasionally want to wear another layer of clothing underneath for extra warmth on cold winter days. However, we understand that this kind of cut doesn't work for you and we are sorry about that.
