No hesitation in going with the flow regarding UKCC's popularity. Winning was, of course, exciting, however, it was the 'follow-up' that inspired confidence; that feeling of, "WOW, I really HAVE won". A confirmation Email first, including delivery details of my prize, anticipated to be delivered within 5 business days, (actually arrived in 2-days), then an SMS from Alice reassuring me that all would go well. It did. So my praise is not directed at the prize, that's down to luck, it is to highlight UKCC's excellent customer after-sales service. Room for improvement? None required. Perfect and Thank You.

I ordered the "Mil-Tec One Strap Assault Pack Large Tactical Black" and it was NOT like anything that I had imagined. It was by far BETTER than expected. I use it for all those items that I don't want to keep in my range bags, such as DOPE notebook, torch, multitool, ear defenders, borescope, Thermos flask, shades, range wind flags etc etc.. The only negative that I have is knowing which item is in which pocket - there are so many of them; pockets that is. The supplied Karabiner comes in very handy as I use that to hang the pack up off the floor. The lanyard style grab handle is a real turn on. (How sad is that? LOL) Busted a gut waiting for its arrival - less than 36-hours. I'm impatient. Can't praise Military 1st highly enough. Superb quality products coupled with customer service excellence.

I have awarded 5-Stars despite not fulfilling my order. Simply because having placed the order and then having to cancel it, I was concerned that my request to cancel had not been recognised and as such, I used their contact form to express the urgency on my part. Thinking that the chances of this all going pear shaped were ever likely, I was amazed when I received not one but two emails from Customer Services within a few minutes - allaying my fears. Primarily, the Company should be congratulated for its customer service excellence. Both Ashley and Lauren were always available in my efforts to seek clarification in the early days especially, regarding a technology I had absolutely no knowledge of, whatsoever. All I was aware of, is that in my rural location, there was absolutely no possibility of broadband Internet and no mobile signal coverage. Or so I was led to believe. Rural 4G explained that I could indeed have both using their equipment and further, a sufficiently good enough signal to even stream TV. Using my mobile now became possible due to calling over Wi-Fi. BRILLIANT. What else could a hermit living in the middle of nowhere wish for. (Rhetorical.) All in all, the Rural 4G installation and system allows me to live a secluded life whilst not being denied those modern communication essentials and niceties. 2 &1/2 years on and still going strong; thank you Ashley and Lauren. Nitehawk Rifle Cleaning/Maintenance Bench Shooting/Hunting Rest. This is not something made of tin. Good quality heavy duty steel, discreetly welded where necessary and bolts with nylocs of excellent quality also. All three feet are adjustable and the main arm to the bench can be micro adjusted with ease and precision. Quite frankly, in my opinion, it is worth more than its current price tag (but don't tell the manufacturer).

Not only to mention the attractiveness of the prizes but also worthy of mention is the ease of how to partake in the draws.

Would have awarded 5 stars if someone or something could subtract accurately. How difficult can it be to work out how many pills I have left when the dosage is one a day. Rhetorical, it's not difficult at all. Maths not your strongest Lloyds. All other aspects of the service, e.g. mobile app, ease of ordering, speed of postage and packing materials - excellent!

Telephone communications are different: you actually talk with another human being and furthermore, they know their product details accurately and back those up in an Email the same day. Customer service excellence without doubt.

I'll wager that there aren't that many shops that one can visit at 07.00 on a Monday morning and be greeted with a cheery smile and eye contact. My "Collect" order was ready despite only ordering online on Sunday evening. Top marks all round. (Still have 4 limbs and 10 fingers attached lads. Thank you.)

Delivered on time and with care. The chap unpacked, as arranged but also adjusted the legs after placing the freezer in position. Top notch service to say the least.

I did have some intermittent issues with a receiver and contacted Nadeem via the support Email link providing a log of those issues and a supporting video. The response from the Company was immediate and within 36-hours, I had installed the replacement receiver and 3-days later, the system is working perfectly. Sensor range and coverage excellent and distance between sensor and receiver not an issue whatsoever given that the sensor was 50+ metres down the driveway and the receiver behind a 2-foot thick solid stone wall.

All in all, an excellent product and competitively priced. Full marks also to the no-nonsense reaction from Nadeem.

I was open minded about purchasing these after being told by the GP that I needed to wear them as I had Plantar Fasciitis. After reviewing several products I decided on Footactive because of their claim to be an NHS Approved Supplier. I have not been disappointed as the pain relief is immediately apparent and walking on hard floors is much less painful when wearing them. Delivery was Next Day and trimming for size with a pair of kitchen scissors was easily achieved. First rate product

Once again, acknowledgement of my order and the delivery were carried out expeditiously. Extremely pleased all round.

These firelighters are extremely efficient and they perform much better than I thought possible. They light instantly and burn for about ten minutes easily igniting kindling and even strategically placed coal. Seeing is believing. Believe it.

Excellent service right from my initial enquiry which was asking for the internal diameter (ID) of the tube I wished to order. Jayne replied not only with the answer but also providing the calculation used to identify the ID when the thickness of the wall of the tube needs to be accounted for. Thanks Jayne.
