Good quality heavy duty steel, discreetly welded where necessary and bolts with nylocs of excellent quality also. All three feet are adjustable and the main arm to the bench can be micro adjusted with ease and precision. Quite frankly, in my opinion, it is worth more than its current price tag (but don't tell the manufacturer).
