Every month the service goes out

Every month the service goes out . In the beginning they were great at answering calls on the customer service line however that is progressively declined over time and now I have been without service for over a week. I reported it the next day and was supposed to get a call back. Several days later after not receiving a return call or service restored I called again, left several messages and finally got someone in the phone after calling back to back. That person was supposed to call back, I have yet to hear from anyone. I am on day 9 of no internet and no return calls. This service is over $150 a month. I am beyond pissed and will not recommend to anyone. I will be changing to a new provider.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service; the only way to get them to answer a CS call is select "New Service", which they always seem to answer. Try cancelling them? Nearly impossible, and they always charge your card on file, whether you've had service or not. Really frustrating group to deal with.

Reliable and excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service including install and ongoing service. Also very reliable and fast (at the peak of what 4G can provide). We eventually moved to a location that did not have good network coverage, but at our previous home we were always happy with the service.

Good, fast broadband service when there was no alternative. When we had a connection problem, they fixed it quickly. Very impressed that they also froze their prices

Customer service excellence.

Primarily, the Company should be congratulated for its customer service excellence. Both Ashley and Lauren were always available in my efforts to seek clarification in the early days especially, regarding a technology I had absolutely no knowledge of, whatsoever. All I was aware of, is that in my rural location, there was absolutely no possibility of broadband Internet and no mobile signal coverage. Or so I was led to believe. Rural 4G explained that I could indeed have both using their equipment and further, a sufficiently good enough signal to even stream TV. Using my mobile now became possible due to calling over Wi-Fi. BRILLIANT. What else could a hermit living in the middle of nowhere wish for. (Rhetorical.) All in all, the Rural 4G installation and system allows me to live a secluded life whilst not being denied those modern communication essentials and niceties. 2 &1/2 years on and still going strong; thank you Ashley and Lauren. Martin.

What a great experience

What a great experience. All required information given and paperwork received quickly. Engineers arrived on due date and fitted the equipment and now we have fast broadband after previously suffering extremely slow speeds.

Fantastic and professional company

From first enquiring about how 4G Rural could help us at our village hall with our connectivity to the installation it has all been managed with care and professionalism.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Lauren who is always willing to help with questions.

Very helpful and quick service.

Very helpful and quick service.
The 4G broadband was significantly quicker than the old copper cable, but now we have fibre, so 4G is no longer necessary.

DO NOT USE THEM ...Terrible customer experience

UPDATE. I can't leave that reply. So, for the last time ... You were the rudest person I have ever spoken to as a customer, yes I swore, I do not deny that, but only out of total frustration of being repeatedly called a liar by you, you called your customer a liar! Said I hadn't spoken to anyone at your offices, said that you hadn't signed for my returned hardware despite me sending you the signed Royal Mail receipt. I sent you copies of several days of my call logs to your office to show that I called and had lengthy conversations with your staff. You were just rude and obnoxious and have zero customer relations skills. Oh, and I have since learned that you are vastly over charging for your equipment and services compared to other, better, suppliers.
I did indeed eventually receive a refund of the extra payment taken. Lauran was lovely and dealt with my issue promptly. However, I will never excuse the rude and quite frankly, borderline abusive, manner in which I was spoken to by the director, Ashley. He basically called me a liar. Terrible experience with them. The director, 'Ash' was rude and exceedingly unhelpful after charging me an additional month at £60. They denied ever speaking to me and agreeing to cancel my contract and insisting that I din't give notice to them in writing. Terrible customer service. They also denied signing for the equipment I returned, even though I had a copy of the signed receipt from Royal Mail. Not interested in customer service, they just want your money. DO NOT USE THEM. Use National Broadband instead, they are half the price for the exact same service.

I can confirm the above has been dealt with and you have received your refund of the last payment that was disputed. We pride ourselves on our customer service and I am sorry you have felt you have not received it on this occasion but I am glad we have finally got this resolved for you. I apologise if you have felt that my customer service skills are not adequate but advising you that you need to give your 1 months notice to end your contract in the way of email or letter as per your contract and then swearing at me because you didn't want to do that I'm afraid from a business point of you it is unacceptable behaviour and we will not tolerate such behaviour. Very professional and efficient…

Very professional and efficient company. After years of wasting money with other providers I finally found broadband that works in rural areas. I can now work from home instead of travelling to the office unnecessarily. I highly recommend rural broadband if you live in the countryside.
