I have awarded 5-Stars despite not…

I have awarded 5-Stars despite not fulfilling my order. Simply because having placed the order and then having to cancel it, I was concerned that my request to cancel had not been recognised and as such, I used their contact form to express the urgency on my part. Thinking that the chances of this all going pear shaped were ever likely, I was amazed when I received not one but two emails from Customer Services within a few minutes - allaying my fears. Now THAT, is customer service excellence. Thank you Sindy and Andy. Much obliged.
